Wright Porch
A Frank Lloyd Wright design. This one is caned which makes it weather proof. The design is 34X30. It will eventually hang above the porch rail to semi enclose the front porch. There are 2 of them, one to be placed on each side of the steps. Wright was a master of stained glass design, he called them light screens. He incorporated textured clear glass for the majority of his designs. This enabled the viewer to do one of two things. They could focus on the glass piece as a solid thing to create a defined wall. Or they could look beyond the glass to open their environment to more than the room.
